My consulting services focus on training supervisors and/or therapists on the specific skill of how to write measurable objectives to meet requirements for insurance reimbursement.

This expertise is crucial for behavioral health organizations to maintain compliance and secure funding. Supervisors, therapists, and internal auditors all benefit from developing this skill, which is vital for effective treatment planning and organizational accountability.

Without “corporates” and formality, my consulting approach is “user friendly” and is best accomplished by simply identifying problems and exploring options for all those impacted.  

After an initial assessment, a plan of action is developed to educate and train supervisors and/or therapists and internal auditors to ensure that objectives meet the requirements for reimbursement.

An initial consultation results in a proposal with an agreed upon time frame for training, evaluation and follow-up.
